SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

• We engage a third party delivery service provider to fulfil all orders.

• In the case of any issues, please reach out to us within 7 working days of receiving your parcel(s). Any request after will not be entertained.

• We'll do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered successfully. By staying in touch with our courier partners and keeping track of the parcels, we hope that your gleaming parcels will land on your doorstep safely.

• However, we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delays caused by our delivery partners or any unforeseen circumstances that is out of our reasonable control.
