Orders

Select your preferred items and add them to your shopping cart. Once complete, proceed to check out and make payment. Ensure that your shipping information is correct.
All paid orders will be processed within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 2 working days, please check your junk folder. Alternatively, you may also contact our Customer Service.
We are unable to re-route your shipment address once delivery instruction has been confirmed. However, should your order remain in the processing stage, you may contact our Customer Service to assist you.

Payment

We accept both Master and Visa credit card payments. You may also opt to pay by installment via Atome.
An invoice will be attached and delivered together with your purchase.
Through Atome, you can buy from SKin Renew Online Store and split the payment into 3 equal installments. It’s interest free and no other hidden fees.
Malaysians who are above 18 years of age
It's simple! If you are paying using Atome for the first time for RM50 and above Skin Renew purchase, you'll get the 15% off when you check out and pay for the order.

Delivery

We provide complimentary standard delivery to addresses within Malaysia. Note: Our courier service does not deliver to P.O.Box addresses. For international shipping, customers will need to bear the cost of courier charges. Please contact our Customer Service for more details.
Complimentary Shipping: 5-7 working days (for WM) and 7-15 working days (for EM), not including weekends & public holidays. Express Shipping: 3-5 working days (for WM) *RM20 will be charged. International Shipping: Delivery time may vary.
We will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver your order. If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, we will leave you a message. A re-delivery will be attempted the next working day upon receiving your reply.
You may contact our Customer Service team who would be glad to assist you.
We are unable to re-route your shipment once delivery instruction has been confirmed. However, should your order remain in the processing stage, you may contact our Customer Service to assist you for possible redirection.

Exchange / Return Policy

We would ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Skin Renew purchase. We will gladly accept any unused items for an exchange within 3 days of purchase.

Please contact our Customer service if: - there is a missing item(s) in your order, or - a product has been wrongly delivered, or - damaged products due to shipment, or - product discoloration.

Refund Policy

Purchases made are not refundable. You may contact our Customer Service for more details.

Cancellation Policy

We regret to inform that orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed. Kindly ensure you have checked all relevant information before you proceed with payment.

Facial Treatments

Our customer service will contact you to make an appointment at an outlet of your convenience. Alternatively, you may also send us a Whatsapp at +6016 229 1552 to make an appointment.
The customer is only entitled to ONE (1) Trial Promo treatment across all available treatments on the website.

Offers are valid only for Malaysian citizens over the age of 21. Customers are to present their NRIC & proof of purchase at our outlets for verification purposes prior to redemption. This offer is non-exchangeable or refundable, and cannot be used with any promotional programs, offers, discounts, vouchers, or privilege cards. This offer is redeemable at all SKin Renew locations in the Klang Valley.
