Delivery are only available from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Order that made before 12pm will be send out on the same day. Order made after 12pm will be send out on the next day.
For West Malaysia please allowed 2-3 days delivery time, while for East Malaysia please allowed 5-7 days delivery time. Delivery times are not including weekend and public holidays.
However, shipping progress are fully responsible by the courier company and sometimes shipment may delayed due to the unexpected situation which is beyond our control, therefore we truly appreciate your kind patience.

- Returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase.
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box (if any) and receipt.
- Items bought during promotional events (e.g. Anniversary, cybersales or X’MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange.
- Items are not eligible for exchange and return if the seal is broken or remove.

♦ What is Return/Exchange?
If the product you have received is faulty, wrong item or damaged, you can request to ‘Return and Exchange’ the item and get a new product.
An ‘Exchange’ process requires buyers to ship the received product back to seller in the same condition as when it first arrived, together with other free gifts or items provided by seller (if any and if required).
In the event where the ‘Exchange’ request or the exchangeable product fail to meet return policy, seller has all the rights to reject your request.
